buscador 2 is an application for managing and publishing advertising campaigns through the Meta Marketing API on accounts authorized by their owners.

Data we process:

Identifiers for ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, and ads.
Identifiers for pages and advertising assets (e.g., pixels and data sets).
Access tokens provided by authorized users.
Technical information and error logs necessary for support and diagnosis.

Purpose of processing:

Create, update, and publish advertising campaigns.
Display publication status and resolve technical issues.
Maintain operational security and basic traceability of actions.

Access basis:
Only data from assets for which the user has valid permissions in Meta Business Manager and/or the corresponding advertising account will be processed.

Data sharing:
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with Meta Platforms when necessary to execute actions requested by authorized users.

Retention:
Data is retained only for the time necessary to operate the service and provide technical support, unless otherwise required by applicable legal obligations.

User rights:
You can request access, rectification, or deletion of data by writing to the contact below.

Processing times:

Confirmation of receipt: up to 72 hours.
Deletion or anonymization: up to 30 calendar days.

If the request affects data managed by Meta, you will be informed of the applicable complementary process in Meta Business Manager.
